RESEP MEMBUAT STEAK AYAM

Align RightMaterial:
2 pieces of chicken breast
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
½ teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons butter

Sauce:
1 tablespoon margarine
1 clove garlic, minced
25 g onion, chopped
1 tbsp plain flour
150 ml chicken broth
England 2 tablespoons sauce / BBQ sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
½ tsp black pepper grains, crushed
1 teaspoon salt

Complement:
Fried Potatoes
Setup vegetables

Method:
1. Discard bones and skin chicken. AM-PM chicken breast with a bat meat until slightly flattened.
2. Marinate with pepper, oil, and salt until blended. Let stand for 30 minutes.
3. Heat the butter and cook each piece of chicken until cooked through and browned on both sides. Lift.
4. Sauce: Heat butter, saute garlic and onion until wilted.
5. Enter the flour, mix well.
6. Pour the broth, stir until smooth. Add the herbs, stirring until boiling and thickened. Lift.
7. Place chicken on serving plates. Pour the sauce.
8. Serve warm with complementary.
