Resep Memasak Bistik Daging Cincang

Material:
250 gr minced meat
2 lbr bread
Bh 1 onion, finely chopped
2 eggs
50 g margarine
1 / 2 teaspoon salt
1 / 4 tsp pepper powder
1 / 4 tsp nutmeg powder
100 gr margarine for sauteing meats
100 ml water

Method:
1.Campur minced meat with bread, knead until the bread broken and blended.
2.Tambahkan onions, eggs, margarine, salt, pepper, and nutmeg, stir well, divided into eight sections, flattened round shape.
3.Heat margarine, insert meatball, tossing and turning until browned. Add water, reduce heat, boil and cook until meat is cooked.
