Resep Masak Steak Kakap Pedas

Material:
500 gr snapper fillets, cut into 5 × 4x2 cm
Marinade ingredients:
2 tablespoons lime juice
3 tablespoons chili sauce
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons liquid margarine
2 tbsp tomato sauce

Sauce:
3 tablespoons soy sauce
Half BTR onion, chopped
1 hot pepper, chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Complement:
vegetable mix, ready mix
purée

Method:
1. Marinate the fish with the marinade mixture, set aside 15 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.
2. Grill the fish on the fire while in back and forth until cooked.
3. Sauce: Mix soy sauce, onion, red pepper and lime juice and stir well.
4. Boil until half soft vegetable mix, remove and drain.
5. Mashed potato: steamed potatoes, mashed, cooked with milk, eggs, pepper and salt until blended.
6. Serve the snapper with a sauce and complementary.
