Chicken claw soup is a favorite of my family. Because chickens do not like white paws so I just made this chicken claw soup. Chewy-chewy, slightly sweet flavor.

Material:
8 pieces chicken scratch, clean the skin, cut into pieces
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 liter of water
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ cm young ginger, thinly sliced
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
½ teaspoon pepper
2 tsp salt
1 pc egg tofu, cut into pieces
2 pieces of mushroom, diced
50 g carrot, cut into thin
1 stalk spring onion, sliced

Method:

Marinate chicken claws with lemon juice. Let stand for 30 minutes then drain.
Boil water, boiled chicken claw with low heat and boil until soft.
Saute garlic and ginger until fragrant.
Lift, enter into the broth.
Add other seasonings. Cook until the spices to infuse.
Add the tofu and vegetables. Cook until completely cooked.
Remove, serve hot.
